Enlivex (ENLV) has entered into a securities purchase deal with a single institutional investor to raise $400 million via a private placement of ordinary shares, priced at a premium and payable in US dollars, stablecoins, or RAIN tokens, the company said Tuesday.

Shares slumped 47% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 3.55 million from a daily average of about 43,000.

Shares of Corning (GLW) sank 15% amid heavy trading after the company reported Q2 results and set guidance for the next quarter.

More than 34.6 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 14.8 million.

Travelzoo (TZOO) reported Tuesday a 3% year-over-year drop in sales and swung to a loss per share of $0.21 from a year ago.

Shares declined 26%, with intraday trading volume at 518,000 compared with the stock's daily average of about 114,000.
