Bruker (BRKR) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.49 per diluted share, up from $0.32 a year ago.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $838.5 million, up from $797.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $853.6 million.

The company continues to expect fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings to be between $2.10 and $2.15 per share. Analysts expect $2.12.

Bruker cut its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to about $3.54 billion to $3.57 billion. Previous outlook was $3.57 billion to $3.60 billion. Analysts expect $3.59 billion.

Shares of the company were down over 12% in Tuesday premarket activity.
