Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) completed the retail portion of its 1-for-3.27 fully underwritten pro rata entitlement offer of new ordinary shares, raising about AU$70 million before costs, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company said about 61 million new shares were not taken up under the retail entitlement offer, and were allocated in accordance with the offer's shortfall allocation policy.
