Update: Booking Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Up Pre-Bell

Booking (BKNG) shares were up 6.5% in premarket activity Wednesday after the company reported overnight higher-than-expected growth in Q2 adjusted earnings and sales.

The company reported Q2 adjusted net income late Tuesday of $2.54 per diluted share, up from $2.22 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.43.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $7.35 billion from $6.80 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $7.19 billion.

The company expects Q3 revenue growth of 4% to 6%. Analysts expect revenue of $9.71 billion.

Booking estimates 2026 adjusted EPS growth in the low- to mid-teens and revenue growth in high-single digits. Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $10.46 and revenue of $29.34 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.42 per share, payable Sept. 30 to stockholders of record Sept. 11.
