The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 11,000 yuan per square meter, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

For the seven months ended July 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 5.64 billion yuan and 587,300 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,200 yuan per square meter.
