Freshpet (FRPT) reported Q2 net income Wednesday of $0.39 per diluted share, up from $0.33 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.22.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $305.6 million, up from $264.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected revenue of $292.3 million.
For 2026, the company said it increased its net sales growth guidance to a range of 10% to 12% from the previous guidance of 8% to 11%. Analysts expect revenue of $1.21 billion.
The company's shares were up 6.4% in premarket activity.
