Curtiss-Wright (CW) reported Q2 non-GAAP net income late Wednesday of $3.72 per diluted share, up from $3.23 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.61.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $924 million from $876.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $926.2 million.
For 2026, the company raised its adjusted EPS projections to $15.10 to $15.40 from $14.90 to $15.30, and expects sales growth of 8% to 9%.
Analysts expect EPS of $15.23 and sales of $3.78 billion.
The company said it bought back 20,105 common shares for about $15 million during the quarter.
