WillScot (WSC) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $0.28 per diluted share, down from $0.33 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.25.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $612.2 million, up from $589.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $585.4 million.
For fiscal 2026, the company raised its revenue outlook to $2.30 billion from $2.25 billion previously.
Analysts are looking for $2.26 billion.
