RTX unit Raytheon received a $745.4 million contract from the Missile Defense Agency, as well as a $536 million modification to a contract from the U.S. Army.
The MDA contract, which was a noncompetitive, undefinitized contract action, covers the manufacturing and assembly of Standard Missile-3 Block IIA All-Up Rounds for the U.S. government and the Japan Ministry of Defense.
The modification to the Army contract covers production and engineering services to support the TOW Weapon System. The modification brings the contract's total face value to $750.8 million.
The MDA contract is expected to be complete by Feb. 28, 2031, while the Army contract is expected to be complete by Aug. 31, 2027.
