Mosaic (MOS) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.13 per diluted share, down from $0.51 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.12.

Net sales in the three months ended June 30 fell to $2.82 billion from $3.01 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $3.1 billion.
