Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:VOYG) shares are trading higher by about 24% on Tuesday as the company reported strong second-quarter results after market close on Monday.

This surge comes amid a broader market rally, with the S&P 500 gaining 1.5% and the Industrials sector, where Voyager operates, up 1.45%.

Q2 Earnings Beat, Record Bookings And Higher Guidance

Voyager reported second-quarter revenue of $52.75 million, exceeding analyst expectations of $48.23 million, and an adjusted loss of 70 cents per share, beating the anticipated loss of 91 cents.

Revenue rose 51% sequentially (Q/Q) and 15% year over year (Y/Y), driven by the conversion of development programs into production.

The company won $113 million in new awards across propulsion, advanced electronics, autonomous mission systems, AI technologies, and commercial space infrastructure.

The company secured record bookings of $113 million, delivering a 2.1x book-to-bill ratio and expanding backlog to an all-time high of $336 million.

Management noted that bookings continue to exceed revenue recognition, providing strong demand visibility into 2026 and 2027.

The company completed its acquisition of Astrobotic, strengthening its position in the growing lunar economy. The acquisition carries a total potential enterprise value of approximately $300 million, including upfront cash and equity consideration of about $171 million. Astrobotic is expected to contribute approximately $40 million–$50 million in revenue to Voyager during 2026.

Voyager ended the quarter with $429 million in cash and cash equivalents. The company expanded its credit facility by an additional $50 million after quarter-end.

Outlook

Voyager expects full-year 2026 revenue to be in the range of $275 million to $305 million, up from prior guidance of $230 million to $255 million. Analysts had been anticipating full-year revenue of $240.89 million.

This implies 66% to 84% growth, supported by organic expansion and contributions from the Astrobotic acquisition.

For the year, the company expects revenue growth to accelerate in the second half, with approximately 40% of second-half revenue expected in the third quarter and 60% in the fourth quarter.

Internally funded R&D investment is expected to represent about 20% of full-year revenue, while capital expenditures excluding Starlab are projected at $70 million–$80 million, focused on expanding manufacturing capacity, automation, and advanced production capabilities.
