KKR (KKR) managed-funds completed a strategic equity investment in Crowe unit called Crowe Advisory, the public accounting firm said in a late Friday statement.

Upon transaction close, Crowe Advisory will provide tax and other non-attest services, while Crowe LLP will remain a licensed certified public accountant firm and continue to provide attest services, according to the statement.
