10x Genomics (TXG) reported a Q2 loss late Thursday of $0.14 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.28 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.24.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $151.0 million, down from $172.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $146.7 million.
For full-year 2026, the company now expects revenue of $610 million to $630 million, up from its prior guidance of $600 million to $625 million. Analysts expect $613.7 million.
Shares of 10x Genomics were down nearly 3% in after-hours activity.
