Auntea Jenny (HKG:2589) said certain shareholders have voluntarily extended restrictions on the sale of their shares to Nov. 7, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The shareholders may collectively sell up to 3.7 million shares between Aug. 8 and Nov. 7, representing about 3.5% of the company's issued shares.

Five other shareholders, including the company's major holders, will maintain their existing commitments not to sell shares through Nov. 7.

Shares of the tea brewer were down nearly 22% in Monday afternoon trade.
