Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic, Macquarie Asset Management and GIC said Monday they have formed a strategic partnership to establish a new platform to develop, operate and lease data center infrastructure at scale to Anthropic under long-term agreements.

The companies will work in unison to identify and develop new sites where Anthropic will be the anchor tenant, with an initial focus on the US, the companies said.
