Super Micro Computer (SMCI) shares were up over 9% in premarket activity Wednesday after the company reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings well above analyst expectations and issued a stronger-than-expected revenue outlook for fiscal 2027.

The company reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.70 per diluted share, up from $0.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.92.

Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $11.12 billion, up from $5.76 billion a year earlier.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1.01 to $1.10 on revenue of $14.5 billion to $15.5 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $0.72 on revenue of $11.82 billion.

For fiscal year 2027, the company expects revenue of $65 billion to $72 billion.

Analysts expect $52.99 billion.
