Helia Group H1 Underlying Earnings, Revenue Down

Helia Group (ASX:HLI) logged AU$0.385 in underlying earnings per share for the first half, compared with AU$0.46 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.

For the six months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$215.6 million versus AU$286.6 million previously, the Australia-listed financial services and specialty insurance company added.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.16 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, along with a special dividend of AU$0.27, both payable Sept. 4 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 21.

The company expects 2026 insurance revenue to be in the range of AU$330 million to AU$360 million, compared with its previous guidance of AU$320 million to AU$370 million.
