Kamada Chief Financial Officer Chaime Orlev is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
The biopharmaceutical company said Wednesday that Orlev would leave Dec. 31 after serving as finance chief since 2017.
Kamada is currently searching for a successor.
Separately, Kamada said second-quarter revenue rose 23% to $54.9 million.
Profit was $9.3 million, or 16 cents a share, compared with $7.4 million, or 13 cents a share, the year before.
It reiterated its full-year guidance.
