Claritev Analysts Raise Their Forecasts Following Q2 Earnings

Claritev Corp (NYSE:CTEV) on Friday reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 sales guidance above estimates.

Claritev reported quarterly losses of $3.49 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of losses of $4.21 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $257.478 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $244.813 million.

Claritev raised its FY2026 sales guidance from $985.000 million-$1.000 billion to $1.000 billion-$1.020 billion.

“Claritev once again demonstrated the strength of our vision and strategy in the second quarter of 2026, delivering financial results above expectations with solid execution across the company. We are one year into a transformation program that has seen our company operate with greater clarity, alignment, and focus. This transformation is most notably highlighted by a broader portfolio of solutions, expanded vertical sales markets, heightened focus on AI as both an operational and innovation lever, and a company-wide focus on execution that is building a foundation for long term, sustainable, and ultimately faster growth,” said Travis Dalton, Chairman, CEO and President of Claritev.

Claritev shares gained 6.9% to trade at $34.84 on Monday.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Claritev following earnings announcement.

  • Canaccord Genuity analyst Richard Close maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $37 to $43.
  • Citigroup analyst Daniel Grosslight maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $40 to $45.
