Amcor (AMCR) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.23 per diluted share, up from $1 a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected $1.19.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $6.40 billion, up from $5.08 billion a year ago. An analyst expected $6.05 billion.

For the six months ended Dec. 31, adjusted EPS is projected to be $1.80 to $1.90.
