Dutch semiconductor-equipment maker ASML Holding and smaller rival ASM International are up 2% and 3.2%, respectively. German chip maker Infineon Technologies climbs 3.45%, while STMicroelectronics gains 1.7%. The Stoxx Europe 600 Technology Index is up 0.65%.
