President Donald Trump on August 14 issued a formal endorsement of Saritha Komatireddy for New York Attorney General, sharply criticizing incumbent Letitia James and calling the state "gone to HELL" under current leadership. In a post on X, Trump described Komatireddy, a former federal prosecutor and Harvard Law School graduate, as an "America First Patriot" who would restore law and order.

Trump highlighted Komatireddy's credentials: she served as a federal prosecutor, chief of staff of the Drug Enforcement Administration, and law clerk for then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He also noted the support of Bruce Blakeman, the Republican nominee for governor. The president contrasted her with James, whom he called "the Most Corrupt Attorney General in the Country" and claimed she received less than 1% of the vote in a gubernatorial primary before quitting.

Trump's endorsement listed Komatireddy's priorities: ensure law and order, grow the economy, champion law enforcement, support veterans, advance election integrity, secure the border, stop migrant crime, uphold the Constitution, and defend the Second Amendment. He urged voters to reject "Peekaboo James" and vote for Komatireddy, stating, "SHE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"
