Cellebrite DI named Shiven Ramji as its new chief executive.
Ramji, who joined as president of products and technology in May, has succeeded Thomas Hogan as part of a planned transition, Cellebrite said Thursday. Ramji will also become a board member.
Hogan joined the company, which extracts mobile phone data for law-enforcement purposes, as executive chair in August 2023. He became interim chief executive in January 2025 and started the role on a permanent basis in August of that year.
Cellebrite also announced its second-quarter financial results. Revenue increased 16% to $131.1 million, while adjusted earnings were 11 cents a share.
