FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) decided to provide SG Fleet Topco, Element Fleet Management, and Orix with initial limited commercial and financial due diligence access following their conditional bids to acquire all of the outstanding shares in the company through a scheme of arrangement, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The board will continue to assess the bidders and any other parties in relation to proposals or alternatives that may emerge and which it determines may be in the best interests of shareholders, the filing said.

Shareholders do not need to take any action at this time, per the filing.
