Fossil Group (FOSL) reported a Q2 adjusted loss late Wednesday of $0.13 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.10 a year earlier.
Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.36.
Revenue for the 13 weeks ended July 4 was $209.7 million, down from $220.4 million a year ago.
Two analysts expected $199.3 million.
For 2026, the company now expects net sales to fall 3% to 5%, compared with its prior outlook range of a 4% to 6% decline, with a return to growth in Q4, it said.
Fossil Group shares were up 7% in premarket activity Thursday.
