Zhejiang CFMoto Power (SHA:603129) received $38.6 million in refunds from U.S. tariffs, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.

The refunds were handed through the company's subsidiary, CFMoto Powersports, after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the U.S. government exceeded its statutory authority when it comes to imposing tariffs. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection began processing the refunds on April 20.

The refunds are expected to increase the all-terrain vehicle manufacturer's net profit by approximately 183.5 million yuan.
