Cygnus Metals (ASX:CY5) said the Supreme Court of Western Australia made orders for a meeting of Cygnus shareholders to consider and vote on a scheme of arrangement under which Central Asia Metals will acquire 100% of the shares in Cygnus, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The court also approved the dispatch of an explanatory statement providing information about the scheme.

The meeting is scheduled for Sept. 18.
