Boost Run (BRUN) shares were up 16% pre-bell after it reported second-quarter revenue of $31.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, up from $8.4 million a year earlier.

An analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $31.1 million.

The company said it expects to end fiscal 2026 with approximately $400 million in annualized recurring revenue, up from its previous guidance of at least $375 million.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, the initial lease will cover 20 megawatts of gross capacity at an existing site. Boost Run also plans to scale up to 111 MW at two more sites throughout 2027, with the first 20 MW slated for delivery in Q4.
