Amazon (AMZN) has reinstated binding arbitration for its US customers and barred them from pursuing class action lawsuits, according to updated user conditions posted on the company's website Friday.

The updated terms replace Amazon's prior requirement that customers bring legal claims in Washington state courts, Reuters reported.
