Hui Lyu Ecological Technology's (SHE:001267) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half fell 28% to 27.1 million yuan from 37.5 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.

The Chinese landscaping company's shares rose 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.

Earnings per share dropped 40% year on year to 0.03 yuan from 0.05 yuan.

Operating revenue rose 49% to 1.04 billion yuan from 695.8 million yuan in the previous year.

The board of directors proposed to pay out a cash dividend of 0.20 yuan per 10 shares for the first half. The total cash dividend for distribution is 15.7 million yuan.
