Guangdong Aofei Data Technology (SHE:300738) said asset-backed securities interests under a special plan have been subscribed after receiving the targeted subscription funds of 1.80 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Monday.

The Chinese data services provider's shares dropped 3% at the close of Tuesday's trade.

The Aofei Phase 1 asset-backed securities have a three-year term. CITIC Securities (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) is the securities plan manager.

The hold-to-maturity real estate asset-backed special plan was set up in March.
