Lowe's (LOW) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $4.40 per diluted share, up from $4.33 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.22.
Net sales for the quarter ended July 31 were $25.96 billion, compared with $23.96 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $26.13 billion.
For fiscal 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of about $12.25, compared with its prior outlook range of $12.25 to $12.75. Analysts expect $12.43.
Lowe's said it now expects full-year sales of $92 billion, compared with its previous guidance range of $92 billion to $94 billion. Analysts are looking for $92.94 billion.
The company's shares were down 2.9% in premarket activity.
