Curtiss-Wright expanded its 2026 share repurchase program by $100 million.
Under the new program, the company plans to repurchase the additional shares immediately and continue to execute on its existing $60 million share repurchase program, which it initiated in January and expects to complete this year.
Upon completing those plans, the company will have remaining open repurchase authorization of $290 million, it said.
Chief Executive Lynn Bamford said the move reflects the board's confidence in the company's growth strategy, balance sheet and long-term outlook.
