Karman Line Acquisition (XTERU, XTER) said late Monday it priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each.
Underwriters also have a 45-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional units to cover over-allotments.
The company said the units, consisting of one class A share and one-half of a redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for one share at $11.50, are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker 'XTERU' this Tuesday.
The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, the company said.
