Bakkt Holdings said its chief financial officer of four years is departing and would be succeeded by the former CFO of CoreCard.
The software company said Monday that Karen Alexander left the C-suite last Friday, having served as CFO since August 2022.
Bakkt has hired Matt White to succeed Alexander. White is coming off of more than seven years as CFO and corporate secretary of payment technology company CoreCard.
Alexander will continue to serve as an adviser to the company to support the transition.
As part of the appointment, White will receive a one-time grant of 90,000 restricted stock units and 60,000 options to buy shares at $10 apiece.
