Aegon (AEG) reported H1 net results Thursday of 0.41 euro ($0.48) per share, up from 0.37 euro a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30 was 1.27 billion euros, up from 1.26 billion euros a year earlier.
Analyst estimates were not readily available for comparison.
Meanwhile, Aegon Chief Financial Officer Duncan Russell is stepping down and leaving the company in April 2027 in connection with the company's planned move of its headquarters and legal domicile to the US, the company also said.
The company said it has started a search for his successor.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent premarket activity.
