RTX (RTX) unit Pratt & Whitney had an antitrust investigation into its turbopop engine spare parts business closed after updating its commercial contracts, the European Commission said Friday.

The company eliminated contractual limitations that prevented maintenance facilities from providing used engine cores and certification services to independent suppliers, the comission said.

The regulatory authority concluded that the policy changes adequately addressed its market competition concerns, the EC said.
