TeraWulf Receives Regulatory Approval for Up to 482 MW of Electric Service in Kentucky

TeraWulf (WULF) said Monday the Kentucky Public Service Commission has approved a retail electric service agreement supporting up to 482 megawatts of electric service for its data campus in Hancock County, Kentucky.

Under the agreement, TeraWulf said it is responsible for the market, transmission, delivery and other costs associated with its electricity use. It is also overseeing costs related to infrastructure made for its operations, as well as financial guarantees.

The agreement also includes additional charges based on TeraWulf's electricity use.
