Nutex Health said an unauthorized third party may have exfiltrated private or confidential information stored on its servers.

The company has not identified any effect from the cyberattack on its business operations or financial condition, according to a Monday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it is working with an independent third-party cybersecurity response team and forensic experts and has implemented containment measures and notified law enforcement. The investigation is ongoing, the company said.
