Renasant (RNST) has named Catherine Mealor as chief financial officer, succeeding Jim Mabry, who will step down at the end of 2026, the company said late Tuesday.
Mealor will join the bank holding company on Oct. 5 and assume the position on Jan. 1.
The board intends to nominate Mabry for election as a director at its 2027 annual shareholder meeting, the company said.
Mealor previously worked at Stifel-owned (SF) Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and has more than 20 years of experience in analyzing financial services institutions, Renasant said.
