Dawning Information Industry (SHA:603019) raised its estimates for related-party transactions, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The company increased its cap for routine related-party transactions, including product and service sales and purchases, to 1.70 billion yuan from 1.55 billion yuan.

Additionally, the company proposed a supplementary financial-related transaction estimate of 1.05 billion yuan, adding to a previously approved 5.50 billion yuan.
