Dollar Tree's Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; Fiscal 2026 Adjusted EPS Outlook Raised

Dollar Tree (DLTR) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $2.70 per diluted share, up from $0.77 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.15.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 1 was $4.89 billion, compared with $4.57 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $4.86 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.80 to $0.95 and $5 to $5.10 billion in net sales. Analysts expect $1.40 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $5.04 billion.

For fiscal 2026, Dollar Tree raised its adjusted EPS outlook to between $7.70 and $8.05, from $6.70 to $7.10 previously, and maintained its net sales guidance at $20.50 billion to $20.70 billion. Analysts expect $7.07 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $20.65 billion.

Shares of Dollar Tree were down nearly 3% premarket Thursday.
