Century Energy (TPE:2072), formerly known as Century Wind Power, said it has completed a change of its company approval following an approval from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

The name change was approved by the offshore wind foundation maker's shareholders on Aug. 12.

Meanwhile, the company's stock code remains unchanged.
