Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) said Chief Executive Stuart Tonkin stepped down from his role on Aug. 28, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Suresh Vadnagra will succeed Tonkin as CEO, effective Oct. 5, per the filing.
Following Tonkin's departure, Chief Financial Officer Ryan Gurner will serve as interim CEO until Vadnagra joins the company, after which he will resume his role as CFO, the filing said.
Gurner will leave the company on Nov. 30 after a two-month transition with Vadnagra.
The company will initiate a recruitment process to appoint a new CFO, the filing added.
