Paladin Energy's (ASX:PDN) Paladin Canada subsidiary signed a mutual benefits agreement with the Birch Narrows Dene Nation in respect of the Patterson Lake South project in Canada, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The deal will cover the lifespan of the project following the signing of the binding term sheet between the two parties in April, the filing said.
