0554 GMT - Norges Bank is expected to aim for an early September date for its planned syndication of a new 20-year government bond due to its upcoming rate decision on Sept. 24 and the autumn school holiday in Norway, SEB's Erica Dalsto says in a note. Norges Bank has previously said it aims to issue between 5 billion kroner and 10 billion Norwegian kroner in September or October. "We expect it to aim for the maximum amount, which has been the case in earlier syndications this year," the chief Norway strategist says. Norges Bank has issued 81 billion kroner in bonds, including Wednesday's auction, while the annual borrowing interval is 100 billion kroner to 110 billion kroner.
