Hahn & Co. Auto Services Holdings and KG Steel have completed a transaction on Monday involving K Car (KRX:381970) shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
Hahn & Co. Auto Services Holdings previously agreed to sell all of its shares in the company, comprising 35,255,670 shares, to KG Steel and In-Guk Jung.
Following the transaction's completion, KG Steel now becomes the company's largest shareholder with a 52.52% stake, or equivalent to about 25.6 million shares.
The secondhand car trading platform also appointed Jung as CEO following the transaction's completion.
