Strive (ASST) bought 1,800 bitcoins at an average price of about $79,431 per bitcoin, including fees and expenses, from Aug. 24 through Aug. 28, the company said in a Monday filing.

The purchases increased Strive's bitcoin holdings to 23,156 as of Aug. 28 from 21,356 a week earlier, it said.

Cash and cash equivalents increased to $183.5 million from $171.9 million, while Class A shares outstanding rose by about 3.6 million to 83.5 million.
