Oura, the company that makes health-tracking smart rings, filed publicly for an initial public offering.

The company plans to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA, but didn't disclose the pricing or amount of shares it intends to offer.

Oura filed confidentially for the IPO back in May. It was valued at about $11 billion as of October.

In its filing Thursday, it said it had 5 million paying members as of June. Sales in the nine months ended June 30 were $1.21 billion, a 74% jump from the same period last year.

The smart rings have gained popularity as a way to track biomarkers like heart rate and ovulation. Celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow and Mark Zuckerberg have lauded Oura's rings.

Oura's planned public offering is seen as another signal companies are taking advantage of a hot IPO market. Its filing follows the record IPO of SpaceX, with other AI heavyweights such as Anthropic and OpenAI also eyeing the public markets.

Earlier this week, SB Energy, a data center company backed by SoftBank, filed for an IPO. The restaurant group behind Dunkin' and Arby's is also looking at an offering as early as the end of this year.
