Apple (AAPL) is continuing to reshape its leadership ranks as John Ternus begins his tenure as chief executive officer, with longtime executive Luca Maestri stepping away from his corporate services responsibilities, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the situation.

Maestri's duties, including information technology, information security and corporate real estate, have been assumed by Chief Financial Officer Kevan Parekh, according to Apple's updated management biographies, the report said.

Chief Operating Officer Sabih Khan and services chief Eddy Cue are also taking on larger roles, while former marketing chief Phil Schiller is stepping down from his reduced role and Apple's updated leadership page no longer lists mergers and acquisitions chief Adrian Perica, according to the news outlet.

Apple did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
